RESERVATION POLICY

  • Deposits refundable up to 30 days prior to check in date. Thereafter if cabin is re-rented as booked.

  • A $25.00 processing fee will be charged on all cancellations.

  • Less than required notice you are responsible for full stay unless re-rented.

Early Checkouts:

  • Guests will be responsible for the full cost of their reserved stay.

  • This applies to cabins, room tax, pet charges & moorage. No exceptions.

  • If guests do not show up for their reserved stay and do not call, they will be responsible for the full cost of their reserved stay.

  • No refunds will be given for any reason.

  • 2 weeks cancellation notice or less: Customers will be responsible for the cost of their entire reserved stay unless rebooked for all nights reserved.

All units have full bathroom facilities & all except small studios have full kitchens bedding & cooking utensils provided. Guests must bring their own towels.

All rentals include a helmet, full tank of gas & orientation.

Reservation Policy:  A reservation requires a prepayment of $100.00.  A 48 hour cancellation notice is required unless weather mandates a postponement, then a credit or reschedule will be issued.   If you don't cancel within 48 hours you will lose your deposit.  A $500.00 security deposit is required on each rental via credit card or cash (sorry no checks).
